This function outcome is very critical for overall Myntra's growth for future success. The function offers the most varied and best performing advertising options to fashion brands present in India. The team consists of a set of smart sales, operations, planning & analytics individuals who have deep knowledge of Fashion and Ads domain.
Description :
- Overall responsibility of driving monetization targets for all categories & brands.
- People management of all Monetization Sales and PPG (planning, pricing & product partnership) Leads and be responsible for employee satisfaction score.
- Building a great team culture where the team has clarity of goals & they feel motivated.
- Build a culture of ownership & accountability.
- Team gets to learn to handle their own problems rather than bringing this to their managers often.
- Ability to create monthly, quarterly and annual plans for achieving targets.
- Taking responsibility for driving weekly Sales reviews on the pipeline movement and actual accruals.
- Working closely with the Operations team in ensuring campaign execution and reporting requirements are well covered as per mutually agreed SOPs and SLAs.
- Helping Operations team in building processes to reduce manual efforts.
- Work with internal stakeholders & leadership in setting up expectations and providing regular business updates.
- Driving ideation and product prioritization of new Ad properties on Myntra.
- Take overall responsibility for driving all Collections as per timelines aligned in AOP.
- Setting up processes to ensure 100% compliance of the function as per the Myntra policies.
- Be the guide / leader in resolving internal stakeholder bottlenecks for your team.
- Ensuring great stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders including BU heads, marketing, creative, social, product, finance, Biz finance & HR teams.
- Bringing efficiencies in Pitching & Plan Closure processes enabling the team to handle higher targets with limited bandwidth increase.
- Establishing and Maintaining relationships @CXO level with top 50 Brands.
- Own & drive monetization Pricing, Supply planning and Brand facing Product requirements.
- Driving internal processes towards Supply and Demand phasing being in sync with each other.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving, Time management & Prioritization skills with an eye for detail.
- A strong people leader.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Preferred Experience : Minimum 10-12 Years out of which 7+ years in BD/Sales with 4+ years in Digital Ad Sales.
- Prior experience in the E-commerce domain is a big plus.
- Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 Institute
