Director - Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Marketing portfolio for House of Brands, Myntra.
- Person in this role with lead Brand Marketing with focus on Digital channels and Performance marketing including Social Media & content marketing across new age channels.
- This role will also be responsible for marketing planning, creative and analytics for the portfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Portfolio of 10+ Brands at different stages of scales. Shape and define customer target segments and audiences to increase growth and conversion.
- Deliver Brand Led , Consumer focused and Market right Brand campaigns. Build & grow Brands TOM, Brand Search on platform, Drive organic traffic growth, New customer acquisition and Retention.
- Devise campaign strategy and GTM calendars basis overall business goals and brand specific goals.
- Develop deep understanding of campaign performance and constantly optimize to improve marketing efficiencies and impact.
- Drive end to end creative production, media planning and media execution. Recruit & manage external creative & marketing agencies.
- Management of all search marketing as well as display campaigns to optimize new customer acquisition and management of all paid social campaigns to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Lead budget forecasting and tracking for all marketing channels.
- Work with Central marketing Team, Business Intelligence, Creative, Content teams to leverage on platform initiatives and efficiencies.
- Evaluate new media opportunities, technologies and platforms to enhance the execution of marketing initiatives and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience :
- 12+ years of relevant experience with deep understanding & management of Brand Marketing along with Digital & Performance marketing experience.
- Strong network in the ecosystem with the key digital marketing agencies and partners (esp. including Facebook, Google and large digital platforms).
- Strong creative mind to be able to contribute towards strategizing diverse campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem.
- Solid process orientation along with high bias for action.
- Innovation mindset with ability to take risks to experiment and bring innovations to the table.
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Masters from a reputed school/university.
- Most importantly, entrepreneurial mindset to work the best solution in most challenging situation.
