Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Drive marketing growth:
- Responsible for supporting the growth charter for marketing across brand, content, events and loyalty marketing
- Identify new growth opportunities for customer acquisition and retention and work with cross functional teams to enable/drive the execution
- Closely monitor the marketing and e-commerce trends & competitive landscape and contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies from time to time
- Bring in best-practices learning from other Indian and global players to the marketing strategic thinking
- Help strengthen data-led thinking and analytics across the marketing priorities
2. Drive the PMO for marketing function :
- Setup cadence and process for business reviews and support in effective management of the review process and actionables
- Cadence around execution of priority projects
Support with annual operating planning and prioritization for marketing team
- Collaborate with business finance, revenue, strategy, customer experience, product, tech and other functions
- Work with external agencies/partners for execution wherever needed
Qualification & Experience:
- 4-5 years of strategy experience in consumer tech and/or top management consulting firms
- Experience in consumer and platform growth projects is desirable
- Prior marketing experience preferable though not mandatory
- MBA from Tier 1 institute desirable

- Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights
- Solid presentation skills
