- Develop detailed analytics framework around impact of Visual Merchandising, PDP Analytics, Feed content in overall sales and PDP conversions
- Conceptualize and improve the Myntra standard scale through in depth data analytics in the areas of sizing, returns and customer verbatim
- Drive content analytics and suggest improvement actions
- Develop Catalog planning methodology after studying current Category and Warehouse planning (and constraints therein)
- Develop and ensure publishing of relevant dashboards to all stakeholders
- Develop outsourcing vs insourcing scenarios for various levels of projected output
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct independent audits from time to time on the process and identify bottlenecks
Requirements For The Role :
- Years of experience : 3-5 years of which a minimum 3 years should be in a similar role (either in eCommerce, BPO/KPO organization, staffing function of an IT organization)
- Educational Qualification : Engineering plus MBA from at least a Tier 1 institute (pass out of no later than 2009 batch)
