Jobs Overview :
- The role encompasses creating and leading the marketing strategy for Brand Myntra by delivering a strong customer proposition.
- The scope of work will span across leading and executing all brand initiatives (ATL + BTL) and media planning for Brand Myntra.
- The objective will be to set up a sustainable marketing strategy for brand building (top-of-mind recall, brand salience etc.) and customer engagement leading to traffic and revenue.
- The role will require thinking out-of-the box and leveraging the power of digital/social as a channel and mobile as a device.
Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies :
- MBA from Tier-1 B-School.
- 8 years of overall experience - Minimum 4 years of brand experience + Minimum 1 year of people management experience.
- Experience of building/growing brands (which works in a B2C model) along with experience of designing and leading large media campaigns (Not someone who has worked in a pure play innovation role).
- Experience/mindset of working in un-structured environments and is entrepreneurial.
- Can build and energize his/her team in a fast paced environment
