Myntra is looking to build the Women's Ethnic Wear category as a key driver of growth and differentiation in the next 12 - 15 months and is looking for senior women business leaders to lead the same. The key deliverable from the position would be to build a strong consumer proposition for the women's ethnic category through compelling collections and analytics-driven bets.
Job Overview :
- Build category to achieve Rs 400 Cr sales and deliver margin targets.
- Work with planning and technology platform to develop the systems to triple business for CY 2016
- Use analytics to understand consumer behavior and make data-driven bets.
- Develop strong story lines around the Category and build a shopping experience that delivers on the promise.
- Work with Content, Tech, Sales and Catalog teams to create a shopping experience for Women's Ethnic wear that is engages with the customer at an emotional level and outmatches the offline shopping experience.
Key Role Requirements / Functional Competencies :
- Candidates who are currently working as Engagement Manager or Lead Consultant with top tier Management Consulting firms or Investment Banks who hold a degree in MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 B-Schools with an experience of 5+ yrs.
- Strong communication and business management skills
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation
- Strong business domain knowledge
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
