Myntra - Associate Planner

- Role is more focused towards category domain. Associate will take care of category specific planning activities e.g. preparing AoP (annual operating plan), creating assortment plan, monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management, tracking category's key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers.

Job Requirements :

- Ability to coordinate and execute planning activities with categories to arrive and to achieve goals

- Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal/external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Preparing report/trackers for management consumption to monitor target Vs actual on agreed goals

- Strong hands on approach and attention to detail

Skills Required :

- Strong communication and management skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation

- Proficiency in MS-Office is must.

- Knowledge of VBA added advantage

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education and Experience Required :

- Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage

- BE/BTech from premium institute
