Mynd Integrated Solutions - Product Consultant

- Mynd Integrated Solutions is looking for an experienced Product Consultant to join their team in Gurgaon.

- This role focuses on providing pre-sales technical and functional expertise, particularly for HRIS tools, to support the sales team.

- The Product Consultant will play a key role in ensuring client needs are met through customized HR product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored HR solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate product value to clients.

- Prepare detailed product documentation, including client proposals, product specifications, and business case documents.

- Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical details.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to both sales teams and clients.

- Ensure close collaboration with internal teams (Product, Development, Sales, and Support) to align solutions with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or a similar role (preferably in HR tech or SaaS).

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly with HRIS tools.

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and collaborate with different departments.

- Educational Qualifications: MBA or B. Tech degree.
