DGM - Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy, employer branding and overall Recruiting Process to enable the organization to achieve its hiring goals
- Develop and drive the full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection process for Leadership, Mid-level, and Entry level hiring
- Forecast and plan hiring requirements based on business growth plans
- Partner with leaders within the organization to track the hiring needs of the businesses and build a pipeline for future talent needs
- Create and manage all Sourcing Channels like job portals, social media, campus hiring, and external consultants and partners to hire best in class talent within stipulated timeline.
- Create and Lead the campus program by building relationships and promoting the organization and reaching out first to ensure the right candidates are hired
- Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring metrics like - time to hire, cost per hire, and candidate satisfaction etc
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience including application, interview, selection and joining
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities to attract the right talent
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, competitor activities and analysis to continuously refine & improve Talent Acquisition Process.
- Develop a network of potential future hires
- Coach, train, and mentor the recruitment team
- Automate the recruitment process from requisition to the onboarding of the candidate
- Manage and deliver reports and data when required
Job Specification :- Proven experience (atleast 12-14 years) in driving the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition preferably in a BPM/ITeS/BPO environment
- Solid understanding in managing the full cycle recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Experience in implementing & managing recruitment-related data and developing reports through Application Tracking System (ATS) and databases
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong networking with ability to foster long term relationships (internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Excellent Team management abilities
