Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying engagement activities.
- Responsible for coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization.
- Measuring the value of different talent intervention & devise talent strategies.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual.
- Passion for a talent mindset and driving performance
- Strategic understands and can articulate the company strategy and how one's role fits in and drives its successful execution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills to work with teams and individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Must have good communication skill.
- Should be able to manage day to day and periodic HR tasks independently.
- Should be flexible, responsible and committed towards the role served Reliable.
- Should be able to take initiatives in new HR areas required for company' growth.
Experience: 5-7 years serving in a role for HR Generalist role - Talent Acquisition and L&D should not be major profile
Education- MBA-HR through regular mode.
