Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing HR Operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people related processes and the use of employee data to drive business processes and address reporting requirements
- Support, execute and deployment of key HR processes for India HR Operations, HR Analytics, Statutory Compliances
- Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations
- Drive process excellence in HR operations and ensure that all stages/phases of HR operations (Onboarding, HR Audit, Benefits Management, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboards etc) are deployed in line with key process metrics
- Ensure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processes
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Collaborate and monitor enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate possible HR compliance risks
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risk or non-conformity issues
- Ensure efficient & seamless implementation of Statutory Compliances across entities
- Dashboard, reporting & MIS - Ensure/Maintain monthly dashboards/HRIS and other metrics, as & when required, to be routed to the functional heads as well as within HR fraternity in line with accuracy and timelines
- Participate and Manage HR audit process as per timelines
Education :
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred: Specialization in HR
Experience :
- 6-10 years of strong HR experience across functions
Skill :
- Very strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear, understandable and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical and good in number crunching skills.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures / policies
- Able to articulate change, process improvement to HR team members and business customer.
- Expert in Excel with good IT skills skills in MS Word, MS and MS PowerPoint, including Visio
- Extremely well organized with the ability to plan and prioritize a busy workload and meet agreed targets/deadlines
- Able to coach team members to improve performance and develop skills
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent task and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team and on own initiative, providing feedback to team members and support where needed
- Strong problem solving capability
- Knowledge in Statutory Compliance - PF/ ESI/ LAbour Laws
- Knowledge/Implementation, filing the PF/ Wages Laws in Different State
- Understanding of people processes from hire to retire
- Team Handling experience
- Employee service focused and passionate about employee experience
