Associate Director - Learning Programs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify individual and LoBs learning needs
- Manage and contribute to the development of learning plans for employees on an ongoing basis
- Assess the success of learning plans, and help employees and business leaders make the most of learning opportunities
- Ensure that the LoBs are focused on the right learning priorities to maximize employee engagement and development
- Act as a Learning Partner within the company to design and develop compelling L&D interventions
- Provide learning and development insight, expertise to respective stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support the Head of L&D and OD in the development, implementation, and regular review of and the People Development and Engagement Strategy
- Be accountable for the delivery of self and team against relevant careers goals/objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the technology industry
- Strong digital learning experience is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Master's degree in related field
