MyMedicineBox - Co-Founder - Fund Raising Domain - Startup

MyMedicineBox - a cutting-edge Medicine delivery technology company, is seeking a co-founder with a strong management and fundraising background to join their early-stage team. The startup is focused on revolutionizing the healthcare industry by providing users with quick and personalized requirements for their healthcare needs. Leveraging the expertise of management experts, the platform aims to boost confidence in personal healthcare buying.

Currently being in the market and doing business of approx. 25 lacs per month in Mumbai. The existing team comprises a founder - an ex-D Mart - Pharmacist - along with a group of 5 members.

There is a huge market and scope to do things differently and to make market leadership positions even big players. Online pharmacy players only contribute 3% of the overall market of 130 lacs crore.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the founder and the existing team to shape the market leader's vision and overall strategy of the startup.

- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

- Build and manage a strong technology team, including hiring and mentoring engineers and developers.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the healthcare market.

- Work closely with industry experts to understand user needs and deliver a seamless and personalized experience.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare vendors, industry stakeholders, and potential investors.

- Contribute to fundraising efforts and pitch the company's unique capabilities to potential investors.

- Help shape the company culture and values, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Support marketing and growth initiatives, ensuring the technology aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Graduates from IITs, IIMs, or top-tier institutes in India or abroad

- High interest in healthcare and consumer business.

- 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in product development.

- This is not a fully salaried position as of now, however, we expect to expand and raise capital towards the end of 2023. The co-founder will be in a strong position to build and lead a team from scratch and generate wealth.
