MyLoanCare - Chief Risk & Product Officer - Analytics

Job Description :

- Build a team a team of self-driven and high performing product managers, credit analysts, data scientists, data analysts and others to conceptualize and build highly innovative and disruptive and fully digital lending products for salaried and SME segments and validate the same with the market opportunity, competition, and key selling points.

- Own the development of detailed credit assessment framework, business and credit rule engines, intelligent score cards, collections, risk monitoring systems, customer journeys, back-end journeys and processes, validations, verifications, LOS, LMS, and risk management.

- Own the targets for product roll-out, growth and P&L targets for the fintech lending business.

- Set up a liability management function to onboard banks and NBFC's for co-lending, FLDG and assignment partnerships.

- Liaise with internal technology and data analytics teams and external vendors for development of various applications advanced AI-ML based data analytics.

- Work closely with the analytics and data science team to build AI/ML based advanced risk scoring models with alternate data

- Drive cross-functional teams and co-ordinate with engineering, data, design QA team to launch features, analyze results and iterate on feature/product.

- Build a team of self-driven and high performing product managers and credit analysts to support the planned roll-out of lending products.

Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills):

- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from Tier 1/ reputed institutes.

- Minimum 10 years of credit experience in Banking/ NBFC consumer/ SME lending with a minimum of 3 years in fintech lending.

- Experience or exposure to building credit scoring models using advanced data analytics techniques

- Strong grip on the current trends/disruptive business models in technology and credit information infrastructure in India.

- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills to define a long-term vision and take a wholistic view required to execute a complex project

- Must be self-motivated and be willing to work in a start-up looking at scale up rapidly.
