Some key deliverables that the incumbent is expected to own are: - Talent Review process design and implementation - Conducting training need analysis and subsequently creating an annual org-wide learning plan - Create highly-individualized learning plans by leveraging internal and external resources - Devise new-age learning programs and interventions to seamlessly integrate a learning / growth mindset in our cultural fabric further - End-to-end ownership of Mylo's Performance Management program This an excellent opportunity to own and deliver on a high-impact, high-visibility role that directly impacts our talent density. We're looking for a minimum 7 years work-ex - startup experience is desirable but not mandatory. We're based out of Gurgaon and have a 5-day work week (work-from-office).
