The Key deliverables:

- Capturing the consumer needs from the market, competition and defining the product specifications to be given to content and technology team.

- Creating and monitoring a product development plan involving multiple stakeholders like content team, technology, marketing etc. to ensure timely development, testing and launch or product with desired specs.

- Developing product literature like Product Information Document, sales support literature, proposal, presentation, successful case studies, FAQs and any other sales tools required for the sales team.

- Create a complete launch and GTM plan for the product along with marketing and sales team.

- Prepare the Annual Operating Plan for the product including market sizing, revenue and expenses.

- Tracking the market/competition developments which include new entrants, new products launched, competition pricing or any other competition initiatives

- Segmenting/Analyzing the existing target market on various parameters. Identify high potential segments and develop new product offerings which can help boost our revenue growth for the same

- Identifying opportunities to cross sell more add-ons to current consumers to increase revenue and help retention.

- Data analysis to help senior management drive sales performance and optimization

- Identify potential areas of improvement and opportunities from data analysis and proactively guide the sales head to take right decisions

WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- About 5 years of relevant work experience with some experience in the category is preferable

- Consumer/market understanding

- Data analysis and excel skills.

- Excellent project management Skills

- Strong Problem Solving Skills

- Forecasting and trending skills

- Mindset to deal with Ambiguity

- Ability to Influence people across departments

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- MBA
