What you need

This is first and foremost a role for a strong customer facing professional and communicator, focusing on ensuring success for new users and extending the myLaw brand to the masses. Just like an Entrepreneur, you need to develop a plan for your enterprise to be successful and ensure - stickiness- with the customer. You will also need to manage and deal with large amounts of data such as our database of students and understand how to segregate and view the same.

We believe in solving the learning problems in legal education with online solutions, so understanding your market and delivering customised solutions and learning plan is important. This is where you need to quickly implement smooth operations & servicing systems.

And it's the cross between managing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction that makes the myLaw Customer Success Czar a very challenging job.

What you- ll do

Continue to grow and manage STUDENTS. And keep those students happy and engaged.

Identifying happy customers and making brand ambassadors out of them, including collecting testimonials & success stories. Understanding the circle of influence of these brand ambassadors and leveraging that to enrol their peers on to the platform.

Conducting physical & online events for existing students as well as prospective students to create a sense of community & spread the community.

Managing existing students of the myLaw courses, through smart and timely (automated) communication with them and designing campaigns to ensure enroled students are continuously engaging with their myLaw courses.

Implementing efficient systems & processes for back-end operations, which includes on-boarding, customer servicing, conducting assessments & awarding certification. We love automation & technology, and you- d be expected to be ahead of the curve and identify solutions (including outsourcing to vendors) to make our back-end & support systems seamless and working on clockworks.

Managing our database (student database and marketing database) and understanding the innards of the same.

A proactive approach to customer servicing & problem solving (which means nipping the problem in the bud before it becomes a problem). Adopting a - zero-errors- approach for our students.

What you need to know / have

Sound business judgment with creative solutions driven mindset, and a - get shit done- attitude

A mature and calm approach (aka being an adult) to ensure student satisfaction

Customer facing experience and some pretty serious trouble-shooting skills
