We are looking for Lead - Training and Development.
Work location: Hyderabad
Reporting to - Head, Talent Development
Experience and background: 10 - 20 years of experience in Training and Development, preferable from
manufacturing or exposure in Pharma is ideal.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage, both technical and behavioral training streams
- Plan and implement structured learning calendars for both streams
- Facilitate sessions in conjunction with for various interventions
- Develop new programs in consultation with functional/vertical leaders
- Build effective platform alternate learning channels
- Enhance and build on a robust higher education framework
- Draw up plans for periodical monitoring, assessment and evaluation of all campus hires during all phases of training
- Responsible for learning effectiveness measurement, feedback and evaluation
- Internal branding/marketing of learning programs across functions/locations
- Develop pool of internal facilitator both streams of learning
- Responsible for managing all training matrices and reporting
- Support setup and operations of Mylan central academy
