Business Development:
1. Formulate a business plan to execute company's development strategies (market level, Institutional strategies, geographic coverage, competitive strategy) Devising and implementing result oriented budget, sales plans & strategies.
2. Directly accountable for executing successful and profitable sales, product initiatives, new product launches and merchandising programs for cement Grinding products.
3. Systematic market analysis, quantification of addressable market with prioritization of target customers
4. Tracking competitor activities & providing valuable inputs & new features addition for fine tuning selling and marketing strategies.
5. Develop Detailed Sales Strategy plan for identified segments.
6. Active participation in Tenders released and working with the concerned departments for creating specifications for future tenders.
General Management:
1. Develop, Communicate & Implement PAN India Sales Strategy for CGA Business
2. Strategically plan the long term policy of the company and advise senior management of various choices.
3. Analyse & ensure sufficient & Timely resource allocation is done to execute the strategy.
4. Forecasting product requirement on quarterly basis as per sales & product target
5. Conduct Regular Team & Individual meetings to analyse performances & take corrective actions.
6. Responsible for achieving Annual Sales & Profit Targets.
7. Monitoring, Reviewing & take corrective actions to improve Margins. P& L Responsibility
8. Managing sales & marketing operations for achieving increased sales / maximized profit in the assigned territory.

Desired Profile :
A Engineering degree from a reputed college and a post-graduate program in Management (either a one year Executive MBA or a regular two-year program).
The incumbent should ideally have either handled a product management / marketing or sales role in the Construction chemical industry.
