1. Candidate should have Solution provider approach towards Architects
2. Work with them from initiation of Project to contract awarding stage
3. Mapping all the architects in the given region as per the segmentation
4. Should be able to convert from conventional system to MYK LATICRET system (Conventional to Professional)
5. Should Formulate, Float and ensure the specifications appear in the BOQ.
6. Should Focus on generating Puncture proof, A class Specifications (only MYK LATICRETE approved Once Specification generated should pass on the details to Project team for Business realization.
7. Relationship Management and co ordination with different departments of Architectural firms to ensure the Business realization of specification with the help of Sales Team.
8. Should Support Project team Technically on case to case basis for Product approvals and counter specifications.
9. Should be able to Quantify the specifications with proper documentations to measure business realization.
10. Work closely with R&D and Tech Services to keep up with New products requirement, competition activities etc.

1. Good Techno Commercial Skills to provide best of the solutions.
2. Knowledge in building material / Construction Chemical industry
3. Good presentation and communication skills
4. Relationship and Working Experience with Architects and consultants segment
