Job Expectations :
- Candidate should have Solution provider approach towards Architects, work with them from initiation of Project to contract awarding stage.
- Mapping all the architects in the given region as per the segmentation
- Should be able to convert from conventional system to MYKL system (Conventional to professional).
- Should Formulate, Float and ensure the specifications appear in the BOQ.
- Should Focus on generating Puncture proof, A class Specifications (only MYKL approved)
- Once Specification generated, should pass on the details to Project team for Business realisation.
- Relationship Management and co ordination with different departments of Architectural firms to ensure the Business realisation of specification with the help of Sales Team.
- Should Support Project team Technically on case to case basis for Product approvals and counter specifications.
- Should be able to Quantify the specifications with proper documentations to measure business realization.
- Work closely with R&D and Tech Services to keep up with New products requirement, competition activities etc.
Skills Required :
- Good Techno Commercial Skills to provide best of the solutions.
- Knowledge in building material / Construction Chemical industry
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Relationship and Working Experience with Architects and consultants segment
