- This role is responsible for developing and deploying recruitment processes & policies which are aligned with the overall business strategy. The incumbent is expected to ensure that the organization becomes an employer of choice in the industry and the region.
- A key responsibility would be to ensure that prospective candidates are provided a differentiating and enjoyable experience at all stages of the recruitment cycle. He will also lead initiatives to improve and optimize Social Media presence and recognition as an - Employer Brand
- The ideal candidate would be an extrovert with an ability to connect with people. Excellent communication skills are essential to convey the ambitious growth plans of the company.
Experience: 8 - 10 years experience in managing the full recruitment cycle, leading small teams, exposure to all channels of recruitment and latest psychometric assessment tools are a must for the potential candidate.
