MYK Laticrete - Manager - Digital Marketing

MYK LATICRETE is the Leader in its segment in the Construction Chemicals Industry. We are looking for young and dynamic Digital marketing professionals who will facilitate the high growth that we are targeting.

Key responsibilities:

- Understand the industry and business - current scenario and future growth potential and create a digital journey for short term/long term

- Develop roadmap for influencer mobile apps, and business website - plan for customer acquisition and customer engagement and work on the execution of the same

- Create a social media strategy for different channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for the brand, work with the agency in content creation and ensure target audience engages with the content

- Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with an agency (Google search / display and social media campaigns) and focus on generating relevant leads for the sales team

- Work with external B2B lead generation platforms and ensure we get the best possible results in terms of leads and brand visibility

- Strengthen the presence of B2C e-commerce platforms - Amazon, Flipkart and ensure better revenue generation, work with internal team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

- Explore emerging technologies for retail / B2B businesses, work on pilot and then scale up if the pilot is successful in terms of desired business KPIs

Desired skills:

- Digital marketing experience in managing the Website / App / social media / Digital ads spends / B2B Lead Management Platforms / E-commerce Platforms

- Good in communication skills and stakeholder management (internal / external)

- Maturity to deal with day-to-day conflicts and come up with the solutions

- Discipline in work delivery and continuously look for improvements

- Coach the colleagues and improve the work efficiency

Required Experience & Education:

- 5-7 years of Digital Marketing experience after post-graduation

- Education preferably from tier-I / tier-II b-school but not mandatory
