MYK Laticrete - Manager - Data Analytics

MYK LATICRETE is the Leader in its segment in the Construction Chemicals Industry. We are looking for young and dynamic IT professionals who will facilitate the high growth that we are targeting.

The job offers the opportunity to deliver cutting edge IT solutions that will fuel the targeted high growth rate. The incumbent would specifically partner with the businesses to set up and manage appropriate Data Analytics solutions.

The ideal solution would use data from myriad applications and provide the analytics required to support the business. We believe that these interventions would deliver high ROI and be critical to the success of our growth plans. The analytics would have to cover routine planning and tracking to the diverse decision enablers that would drive the strategic direction of the organization.

Qualifications:

BTech or MTech in circuits branches or post-Graduate in computer applications with an MBA from a premier MBA School. Project Management certification (PMI / PRINCE / Agile) is an added advantage.

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in data base management applications: Experience in developing and designing databases used for reporting. Exposure to business intelligence applications would be ideal.

Skills:

- Strong data management skills including database design

- Strong PL/SQL knowledge for managing data and generate business critical reports

- Strong understanding of different algorithms for data analysis including predictive analysis

- Good understanding of AI/ML applications and applications in business enterprises

- Understanding of Technology landscape and architecture and ability to contribute towards technical

- Understanding of cloud technologies and experience of working with cloud infrastructure

- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with Senior Management / Executive teams
