Role Title : Business Finance Manager

Reporting To : VP F&A 

Experience : 4-5 Yrs

Key Responsibilities : 

Overview : Business Support and Revenue Assurance

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

1) Preparation of Business MIS & evaluating performance:

a. Various Business P&L, Like branch wise, Product Wise, Factory Wise etc.

b. Working with respective vertical head for improving performance - Top Line & Bottom Line both

c. Preparation of respective verticals Budget and monitoring the achievement

d. Assisting vertical head to achieve budget

2) Sales Scheme Evaluation

a. Pre-launch evaluation of Sales Scheme

b. Analysing Post sale performance of these promotional scheme

3) Sales Analyst

a. Analysing Monthly Sales, finding improvement area and

4) Revenue Assurance -

a. Ensuring zero revenue leakage,

b. Monitoring the promotional scheme and analysing for misutilisation,

c. Ensuring correct billing against Special approval etc.

d. Validating IT control and system updation and ensuring minimum revenue leakage in system

5) Providing/Validating data provided to Sales team for decision making

Skills and Specifications: 

- CA/MBA, 4-5 years experience in MIS, business Support and revenue assurance

- Good in analytics

 Job Requirements : 

Educational Qualification : CA/MBA from premier institution

Technical Skills if any : Good in analysis

Travel Almost : Nil
