Role& Responsibility:
a. Overall in charge for the optimum operation of the assigned branch.viz. Sales, accounts, stocks etc.
b. In charge for the sales from the retail and project segment for the assigned area.
c. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under MYK Laticrete India Pvt Ltd.
d. Make Laticrete a household name.
e. Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels.
f. Collection of payments.
g. Report market activities to the manager as per set format.
h. Motivate the team members of the branch and ensure that they work on peak performance.
i. To develop applicators for products under MYK Laticrete India Pvt Ltd.
j. To manage and motivate all applicator teams.
k. To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.
Desired profile:
a. Successful track record in the sales field.
b. 8-10 years experience in preferably from the building material/construction chemical industry.
c. Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.
d. Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
e. Graduate with MBA with specialization in marketing.
f. Strong aggressive personality.
g. Should have an experience of 5-6 years in handling a large team.
h. High level of motivation.
i. Excellent man handling skills.
j. Excellent communication skills.
k. Having a self initiative.
l. Excellent presentation skills.
m. Capable of working in a team.
