MyGate - Product Manager - AI/ML

What will you do?-

- Define and execute product initiatives to work towards strategic business goals.

- Collaborate across product areas, business stakeholders, legal, policy teams to manage product roadmap spanning short term and long term.

- Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, connect with customers (online and offline) to derive insights and take accountability to dive closure.

- Launch new products features, test their performance and iterate.

- Engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation as well as a reasonable delivery schedule.

- Identify growth opportunities by conducting customer research and analyzing market dynamics.

- Be voice of the customer to evangelize and drive features.

- Launch solutions that solve customer challenges.

- Present concepts, business rationale and research to key influencers and senior management.

- Surface actionable findings and influence business decisions always acting as an advocate for customers; drive customer experience improvements across MyGate.

- Develop comprehensive AI/ML Product Strategy, leading Data Science and Engineering teams to execute multiple initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 2-4 years of experience in product design or product management and developing internet products and technologies.

- End-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies (e.g. on mobile).

- Experience as product manager for modules/products with AI/ML based features

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the internet and multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Operations, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support or Marketing.

- Good grasp of how cloud-native web applications are architected for scale and performance.

- Prior product management experience- having independently managed hardware access/vision analytics-based product line or business.

- Strong storytelling skills that can keep large audiences engaged.
