Manager Content & E- Learning
Role and Responsibilities :
- Content development & Training Delivery
a. Making PPTs, FGs, PGs, SOPs, Videos as per the need.
- Converting the existing content into e-learning
- Managing the e-learning tools(LMS) and online learning
- Manage the end to end LMS.
- Training & Content audits.
- Trainer Development.
a. Induction
b. Train The Training
c. Training audit & process adherence.
- Guide and contribute towards process and skill improvement training
Requirement:
- 6 - 8 years of classroom training, content & e-learning experience.
- Should be good at conceptualization and putting that across training methodologies.
- Instructional Designing experience preferred.
- Someone with prior experience in working on articulate and LMS is needed.
- Should be comfortable with setting up e-learning process and giving it shape - it would be somewhat of a chaotic environment, so looking for someone who has seen high growth and is entrepreneurial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work and influence with multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across the regions and corporate.
- Must be a graduate (any Learning and development related course or certification will be an added advantage)
