Role Details:
Functional expertise/ Qualifications
- MBA with 12 - 15 years of work-ex from IIM, ISB or equivalent.
- Build, grow and manage business and teams
- Should have solved problem statements practically - examples could be product/customer rationalization, distributor evaluation, sales optimisation, growth strategy etc.
- Exposure in both industry & consulting will be a plus
- Exposure to industries such as FMCG, Pharma, Engineering will be a plus
- Leadership gravitas and is able to 'make impact felt' with stakeholders
- Ability to strategize and effectively implement plans to deliver measurable high impact outcomes to clients
- Ability to take ownership of self and people development by identifying appropriate needs and creating conducive environment for development
- Willing to travel to multiple locations as part of the job profile (within City/ Outside City/ Overseas)
- Open and willing to embrace technology adoption for solutioning
- Not necessarily from finance background, but good to have expertise in one of the areas like Ops/SCM, etc
- Tech mindset will be important
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing multiple clients/ projects in different industry sectors
- Lead cross-section of projects in the area of Business Transformation
- P&L Responsibilities: Revenue optimization, profitability & working capital improvement, enterprise valuation enhancement to our clients in the range of 5-10X of fees;
- Client-delivery responsibilities - Project scoping, pricing & commercials, quality review of deliverables, complex problem solutioning, client engagement/relationships, revenue upsells and fees recovery
- People management responsibilities - Project staffing, managing attrition, team engagement, mentoring, training, and performance management
- Provide guidance and direction to teams for managing stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure project governance protocols are adhered to for the clients managed
- Driving an ROI-focus through the teams at all times
