Required Skills:

- Overall experience of 8-10 yrs with 2-4 yrs as a program manager in a Telecom/Voip product domain

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies

- Strong understanding of agile software development lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, MPP etc

- Experience in release management handling multiple releases in parallel

- Extensive experience defining programs and implementing them across a team focused on delivering outcomes that meet changing customer needs

- Good presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, technical leaders, external partners and developers

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of project management elements, life-cycles, tools, and reporting.
