- Product management/product marketing experience including experience building and shipping data products.

- A solid engineering background with hands on experience in software design and development.

- Experience working with large scale data/analytics systems is a bonus.

- Ability to think principles; from first ability to think at the right level of abstraction; strong problem solving skills (both technical and non-technical).

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

- Excellent teamwork skills, ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams

- Naturally curious, passionate & have business/customer focus. Can make strategies to win.

- Experience working with and leading tech teams. Experience building and scaling product teams.
