Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Content/.Copy Creator to join our team and elevate our content game. The ideal candidate is a content creator with a knack for storytelling, sharp copywriting, a pulse on technology trends in customer engagement and AI, and a flair for both written and video content. You'll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and inspire while driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, write, and produce engaging content, including website content, blogs, and video vlogs.

- Ideate and create high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp and email

- Build compelling product pitch and presentations

- Understand product and customer personas in detail to deliver high-value copy

- Collaborate with design, product teams to create comprehensive content

- Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue goals through high-conversion campaigns/ collaterals

- Analyze performance metrics, competitor benchmarking and AEO/ SEO trends to tweak content

Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of proven experience in content creation

- Background with fast-growing SaaS/ AI platforms - ideally from customer engagement, CPaaS, CX/ conversational platforms

- Strong storytelling and creative ideation skills. Fantastic copy-writing flair

- Good to have proficiency in Canva

- Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation/ improvement

- Good understanding of SEO, AEO and google analytics

- Demonstrable experience in creating viral campaigns

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
