Sales :
- To lead the sales strategy formulation and implementation for creating innovating and best marketing practices, increasing the market shares & reach and enhancing share holder value. Ongoing
- To Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Ongoing
- Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in conference with the Company's business plan in close coordination with regional sales managers. Ongoing
- To formulate innovative and progressive strategies for enhancing the top line of the company by increasing the sales both in depth and breadth. Ongoing
- To expand the scope for new sales territories, sales methods and feasibility study, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Ongoing
- To work in close coordination with the regional sales teams for analyzing the trends in the sales cycle and recommend corrective actions for meeting the sales targets. Ongoing
- To sustain the leadership position in the existing product portfolio and to aggressively enter into other product portfolios. Ongoing
- To track and analyze the sales strategies of the competitors regularly and proactively take critical decisions to retain the brand share, mind share and market share in the business. Ongoing
- To ensure that the asset turnover, sales and channel costs to the revenue is maintained at required growth levels. Ongoing
- To ensure that the sales team is implementing the best sales practices of the industry and become a benchmarking standard for the competitors.
Ongoing :
- To conceptualize retail strategy and execute it across channels for all product categories. Ongoing
- To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. Ongoing
- To participate in the development of new project proposals. Ongoing
- To represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company. Ongoing
- To Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. Ongoing
- To maintain good industry contacts and increase the visibility and acceptance in the Market. Ongoing
Key Account Management :
- Responsible for positioning the company appropriately as partners to Strategic Accounts. Ongoing
- To directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. Ongoing
People Management :
- To create an atmosphere that promotes moral, ethical and legal business conduct and ensure marketing and sales team is meeting customer needs and contractual obligations. Ongoing
- To Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company. Ongoing
- To provide direction, motivation and training to the sales and marketing team, thus ensuring optimum performance. Ongoing
- To Develop leaders through performance reviews and routine discussions regarding competencies, value alignment and results achieved Ongoing
Commercial :
- To develop and manage sales budgets in conference with CMO, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Ongoing
- To Develop and administer sales database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc Ongoing
