My Ally is seeking a dynamic leader to be our Senior Manager of Marketing. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in key aspects of B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the customer, works well cross-functionally and has a track record of successfully scaling marketing efforts in a growth-oriented company. The candidate will have a strong product and content marketing focus in addition to designing and executing email campaigns, events, webinars and other channels while partnering with sales, operations, and product to execute on a comprehensive go-to-market program. Additionally, you have an expert understanding of the role of marketing at each stage of the funnel including a solid grasp of metrics to assess the efficacy of different channels. This full-time position is responsible for creating continuous and sustainable growth in company revenue and ROI through effective marketing and communications efforts.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and oversight of Marketing, developing the strategic and operational framework to ensure ongoing success and company growth objectives.
- Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, guiding and encouraging team members to adapt, improve and achieve their objectives
- Build and manage best-in-class marketing programs and optimization of lead to opportunity funnel
- Develop and evaluate key performance metrics while constantly focusing on raising the company's K- factor in partnership with Sales;
- Provide Head of Sales and senior leadership with accurate summaries and analysis of campaigns, results, forecasts, insights on future optimizations and apprised of changing policies, competitive developments and industry/market trends
- Provide strategic guidance, insight, and knowledge about market trends, consumer attitudes, competitors and the effectiveness of the marketing strategy
- Foster continuous improvement; ensure that all marketing activities are efficient, effective and scalable
- Foster a learning organization; leverage internal and external resources to provide opportunities for marketing teams to increase knowledge, preparedness and skills
- Manage goal setting, prioritization, and calendar for the company's content and marketing team
- Work with the senior management team to develop and implement an overall marketing and communications strategy including product marketing
- Manage and be directly responsible for the Marketing budget
- Manage the company's in-house marketing team, outside contractors, and agency resources
- Direct, oversee, and grow in-house resources managing social media efforts and engagement
- Direct and oversee in-house and outside dev resources providing website, email, and ERP software development and maintenance.
