Key Responsibilities and Accountability :

1. Hands on understanding of paid marketing platforms & affiliate management skills to ensure effective ROAS

2. Leading and building best-in-class content marketing campaigns for MX Player

3. Generate top of funnel viewer sampling and subscription conversions.

4. Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and Creative Communication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate with teams for creative optimization

5. Lead the campaign strategy and development workflow to deliver SVOD campaign KPIs.

6. Collaborate with analytics /product/growth teams to develop frameworks & analytical models to predict outcomes (viewership growth or subscription growth) on the back of differential marketing investments with the aim of optimizing CPS and ensuring effective CPS and CAC for marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles.

- Data driven and strong analytical mindset

- Prior OTT experience will be a plus

- Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams

Required Qualifications :

- Strong analytical skills with full proficiency in Excel/Sheets

- Experience running mobile acquisition campaigns.

- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and seamlessly merging it with business KPIs

- Data presentation techniques and excel proficiency will be a plus
