Key Responsibilities and Accountability :
1. Customer Lifecycle Management
2. Responsible to drive SVOD growth at various stages of customer lifecycle.
3. Understand drop offs, funnels, cohorts - to arrest lapser SVOD base and grow the activation business
4. The candidate will be responsible for driving ARPU growth by cross selling and upselling packs, offering discounts to arrest churn.
5. Engaging with the SVOD base to drive viewership wrt mins/user growth, D1, D7, D30 retention using CleverTap suite, Whatsapp, emailers as primary outreach tools
6. An eye for detailed campaign management and reporting post analysis too thereby managing segmentation and cohorts for SVOD to drive growth and retention
7. Understanding user behavior and performing root-cause analysis of changes in data trends to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements in product & across different verticals.
8. To seamlessly establish workflows and structure events for automated use case analysis and real time cohort growth and shift in user behavior
9. Personalization and recommendation as key inputs to foster winback campaigns
Skills & Competencies :
- Good knowledge of CleverTap, Appsflyer & other CLM tools
- Ability to visualise data effectively to drive growth and arrest churns
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Monthly data presentation and alignment to business KPIs
Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years of work experience in CLM & 6+ years of overall experience.
- Prior OTT experience would be beneficial
