1. The person has to have hands on experience in using and customizing salesforce basis the business requirement

2. Individuals with salesforce certification would be preferred

3. Individual should have had some prior experience in implementation of Salesforce and driving adoption with Sales

4. He/She will also be responsible for coordinating with sales to solve their queries and reporting/analysis of the data coming out of Salesforce
