Role and Responsibilities:- Driving the entire content creation and assimilation strategy for the education category and managing end to end category content pipeline. The role will cover following broad KPIs:
- Driving innovation across the category to maximize content engagement and creation. This will involve driving creation through innovative hashtag challenges as well as building some iconic properties on MX TakaTak.
- Building and growing an influencer network within the category to ensure content led competitiveness.
- Identify and build content partnerships with key celebrities, content houses and other related partners with the category to ensure a steady flow of content.
- Competitive intelligence and benchmarking through regular monitoring of competition within the category.
- Build new avenues of content creation by identifying niche sub-categories with the broad category and then building a steady content pipeline strategy for the same.
Required Experience:- Work experience of minimum 6 years, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Must be from Media & Entertainment / Ed-Tech industry with content being one of the core specialisation.
- Experience in content creation either direct or with partners.
- Content acquisition experience is an added advantage.
- Post graduate in either management, media or mass communication.
