MX Player - Business Analyst

Focus Areas:

In your role as a business analyst you would be working with the International Business team to crunch numbers and derive actionable insights for increasing overall engagement, driver user retention and identify new avenues for growth. You will also be required to create performance tracking dashboards, convert the data in the right format with exceptional attention to details and automate reports. Your role would also involve researching the market-landscape across verticals. You'll be helping the Games team on Product and R&D identify areas of growth. This includes aspects such as estimating market-size, distribution of product features and their popularity, identifying product gaps, etc.

Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills :

- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills

- Expertise in SQL and scripting language preferably R or Python

- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail

- Highly self-motivated and directed

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education, Experience Requirements :

- BE/BTech from a Tier 1/Tier 2 college

- 1-3 years related work experience

- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development

- Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources

- Working knowledge of Windows office systems

- Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
