Key Responsibilities and Accountability
This individual will work in the Direct Sales (Revenue) team based in Mumbai location.
- Driving revenue from West India
- Responsible for revenues from Display, Impact, Video, Audio across media player, OTT, gaming and music tab.
- Business Development through both key accounts and longtail agencies / advertisers
- Working closely with key decision makers across clients and agency
- Sales forecasting and setting long term objectives
- Ability to analyze data trends, develop strategic business plans and conduct strategic pitches and presentations
- Collaborate with internal ad tech, ad ops and marketing teams on day to day basis
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Business Acumen: This person will possess strong business drivers and perspectives combined with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem (Media & Tech) and commercial skills, and an ability to bring a strategic focus to the revenue/sales, and be capable of adding value to the business.
- Strong Client and Advertising agency relationships
- Strategic Thinking: Must be well aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives. He/She should be hands on and analytical with the ability to track, measure and evaluate the financial divisions
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Willing and able to establish, build, sustain and share strong, professional relationships with relevant groups both inside and outside his/her business
- Highly result-oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate with 7+ years of experience in Media Ad Sales preferably Digital Ad Sales
