Key Responsibilities and Accountability :
- Lead the user retention efforts of the subscription business for MX Player by engaging SVOD and converting existing AVOD users to SVOD users basis data and event flows
- Develop and plan CLM campaigns across Web, Inapps, emailers improve key SVOD KPIs mainly Retention, user engagement and Winback performances etc.
- Execute cross sell & upsell of packs across platforms & ensuring relevant touch points at various levels as per user behavior.
- Executing campaigns across Emailers, Whatsapp, Push notifications
- Work with multiple stakeholders, upstream with executives and marketing leaders and downstream with agencies.
- MIS, Reporting of data and functional formats to be sent across key stakeholders within the company
- Designing A- B tests, SMTP initiatives and Real time execution of campaigns to establish proper campaign funnelization and through relevant KPIs.
- Conducting multivariate testing across marketing
Skills & Competencies :
- Good knowledge of CleverTap, Appsflyer & other CLM tools
- Ability to visualise data effectively to drive growth and arrest churns
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Monthly data presentation and alignment to business KPIs
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years of work experience in CLM
- Prior OTT experience would be beneficial
