Mwyn Tech - Performance Marketing Professional

We are looking for a kick ass performance marketing person.

- An out-of-box thinker who loves to experiment.

- Should be able to wear multiple hats and gets the customers rolling in.

- Has to be super comfortable with data. Should be a god at excel, and good understanding of statistics and other number crunching tools.

- The candidate should currently be executing performance marketing campaigns himself/herself. This is a MUST.

- The person should also be energetic, bold and a self starter. We are looking for someone who is keen on being part of a small, young and dynamic company in one of India's fastest growing and most promising sectors.

Responsibilities :

- Acquire customers - digitally

- Run the digital marketing and performance marketing activities

- Should have run multiple paid campaigns across Google & FB

- Help with organic growth hacking

- Work with the creative agency to design communication

- Communicate and run campaigns with the existing customer base

- High commitment levels

- Must have high Aptitude, which indicates high ability to learn new stuff (absolutely needed)

- Must be interested in changing the world. Or at least, transforming an Industry creating and pushing out the Differentiated Value of the product. (Yes, it's possible. We- re doing it. )
