Mutual Fund Operations Role with a leading Broking company in Navi Mumbai

1. Handling Mutual Funds operations (Physical and Demat) on both Exchange and RTA platform.

2. Effective handling & monitoring of day to day Operations (transaction reporting, funds transfer, unit recon, NFO management, Master Management ),monitoring Controls and relevant reporting.

3. Coordination with various stake holders internal and external ( RTAs, Exchanges, AMCs and Payment aggregators )

4. Managing the internal escalations, customer queries, Regulatory complaints etc with logical conclusion.

5. Handling various internal and external audits including SOaX compliance.

6. Monitoring the payouts, refunds and funds transfer in close co-ordination with aggregators and Exchanges.

7. Process improvement, improvisation and automation.

8. Drafting of process notes, approval notes and logsheets

9. Exception handling in the LIVE market

10. Ensuring various regulatory compliance - SEBI, AMFI, KRA, BSE etc.

11. Handling the team and also engage in mentoring and training of team members.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Having minimum 5 -7 years of experience in Mutual Fund Operations.

2. Handled the team earlier.

3. Understanding on the Mutual Fund product and relevant MF regulations.
