We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Leader to oversee our Home Loans division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the home loan industry, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, increase market penetration, and drive revenue growth in the home loan segment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of home loan sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance objectives, monitor sales metrics, and provide coaching and support to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and drive initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the home loan market.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to home loan sales and lending practices.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and underwriting to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the home loan or mortgage industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Deep understanding of home loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving sales performance and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
