Responsibilities:

1) Handling complete recruitment cycle from identifying the staffing needs to getting the person onboard.

2) Planning & scheduling interactions as per the requirements.

3) Working on HR policies & processes and handling the employee grievances.

4) Conducting engagement activities as per the plan.

5) Filing & documentation of employees personal files.
