You will be pivotal in taking our Marketing strategy to the next level. We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented individual who will help us position the product and showcase - Why MUrgency story of transforming the Medical Emergency Response industry in India.
Key to succeed in this role will be an ability to use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
Specific accountability will include:
- Do Brand Management, Communication Development, Media Planning & Buying, PR and developing and executing effective marketing programs for achieving brand and business objectives
- Manage external marketing partners such as creative agencies, media and PR agencies/ Freelancers
- Work closely with the UX/UI team to build a world class app & website for MUrgency
- Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio, Print) and BTL campaigns as per business needs
- Develop marketing collaterals which communicate the brand promise and product offerings
- Lead On-ground marketing, Activations and Events. Develop activation formats to engage consumers at various touch points.
- Brand Building through tie-ups with external partners and companies and implement co-branded campaigns for customer trial and acquisition.
- Work closely with the online marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all mediums.
- Responsible for User Retention by using various mean of marketing and communication
- Responsible for participating in all competitions and relevant conferences, seminars to increase brand visibility
- Part of the Growth leadership team to drive GMV and new user acquisition through 360 degree marketing initiatives
- Mapping each market at a Micro level to understand consumer pattern and behavior, Implement marketing plan to suit requirements for larger conversions.
Other required skills and experience include :
- 3+ years in marketing, developing, executing and managing multi-faceted campaigns and programs in eCommerce, Customer Centric or Service Based Industry
- Candidates from Tier 1 MBA institutes like ISB, IIM, MICA etc. will be preferred.
- Should have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Proven capability of driving large-scale Marketing initiatives in an e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills. Verbally articulate and skilled at telling a visual story
- A hands-on, - can do attitude, and a drive for outcome focused performance
- You are practical, dedicated, independent, entrepreneurial in your work, and a convincing team player.

- Must be able to roll up the sleeves and do things.

MUrgency - One Global Emergency Response Network, is rolling out one seamless global emergency response network on mobile phone around the world vide a Mobile App. MUrgency is a cloud platform and mobile application, which physically connects people facing a medical emergency to the closest first responder that includes, Doctor, Nurses, Hospitals & Ambulances.
The initial pilot is currently on in Punjab, Delhi and Mumbai. The network is being created in the top 12 cities and it is expected to launch by Jan 2018.

Ms. Sweta Mangal, is a Director at MUrgency Inc. She along with Shaffi co-founded Ziqitza Healthcare Limited (ZHL), India's first private Emergency Medical Response Service. Keeping alive the dream of quality, accessible education for the children in her native town in Rajasthan, India, she founded the CBSE-accredited K-12 Mangal Newton School that currently has over 1100 students.
Ms. Mangal completed her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA and is a British Chevening Gurukul Senior Scholar from the London School of Economics.
