As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing user behavior, benchmarking pricing against competitors, and developing data-driven pricing strategies for our products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in SaaS product pricing.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze user behavior data to understand how customers interact with our pricing models, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Murf's product pricing against competitors in the SaaS and AI voice synthesis space.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and proposal of pricing models that optimize revenue, ensure competitiveness, and align with our overall business goals.
- Reporting: Collaborate with product and finance teams to present insights and pricing proposals in clear, data-backed reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and refine pricing strategies by staying updated on market trends, competitor pricing actions, and internal performance metrics.
- Customer Focus: Analyze feedback and purchasing trends to identify price sensitivity, customer preferences, and areas for potential pricing adjustments.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data and derive meaningful insights.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail when analyzing complex data sets and reviewing reports.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain insights and proposals clearly.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using data analysis tools, and basic financial modeling. Familiarity with SaaS products or pricing tools is a plus.
- Curiosity and Learning Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning about pricing strategies, market dynamics, and SaaS industry trends.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in a relevant analytical or pricing role, with experience in SaaS being a bonus.
