Key Objectives:

- Prospecting Powerhouse: Use our sales tools to target, engage, and qualify leads via email, phone, etc

- Meeting Machine: Convert qualified leads into meetings with Account Executives

- CRM Champ: Log all outreach activity in a meticulous way within the CRM

- Daily Grind Master: Take an entrepreneurial approach to daily outreach, hitting high volumes to crush monthly quotas

- Team Player: Maintain positive relationships with AEs and collaborate to optimize lead flow

Key Responsibilities:

- Quota Killer: Consistently crush your monthly qualified meeting goals

- Data Defender: Track and log all daily activity meticulously in the CRM

- Product Pro: Stay on top of all product features, including upcoming releases

- Always Available: Be reachable across channels during work hours and connect with key collaborators

- Training Titan: Contribute to training and mentoring new team members

- Values Champion: Uphold company and team values in every interaction

Qualifications:

- Sales Experience (1+ year): Proven track record in a professional sales environment

- Communication Champion: Speak and write clearly, with confidence

- College Degree (Preferred): A bachelor's degree is a plus

- Google Workspace Guru: Master of Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and the gang

- HubSpot Hero (Bonus): Experience with HubSpot CRM is a major advantage
