Multi Commodity Exchange - Senior Executive/Executive - Research

Qualification Profile

- Post graduate in Economics or Statistics or MBA/ Masters in Finance

- Conversant with any of the standard analytical software like STATA, SPSS, etc

Desired Skills

- Sound knowledge of Quantitative Techniques (Statistics/ Econometrics/ Operational Research)

- Ability to do analytical research in various areas of derivatives markets

- Ability to use databases like Bloomberg, Thomson-Reuters, etc. (preferred).

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Job Responsibilities

- Provide research support in terms of information and data/ statistical analysis;

- Locate sources of data and lead data collection initiative in allocated areas;

- Work on ad hoc economic/analytical/financial research requirements.

- Contribute to various publications on behalf of the exchange;

- Engage with and educate stakeholders wherever required;

- Prepare analytical reports, notes, presentations, etc.
