1. Handling investor complaints whether received directly or through FMC - scrutiny, processing, follow up and arranging for conciliation meetings and taking the investor complaints to their logical conclusion
2. Correspondence with FMC, Members and investors - vetting drafts put up by subordinates and also independent drafting of letters to these three categories of persons
3. Sending status reports, MIS reports to FMC and HOD relating to investor complaints
4. Improving methods and procedures of work by laying down guidelines for processing and scrutiny of complaints, helping in introduction of new policies where required and mentoring staff.
5. Tracking and improving the complaint resolution rate across all regional offices
6. Motivating the team to complete the project/task on hand in a timely manner
7. Monitoring creation of standardized formats for corresponding with various entities
8. Resolving queries of trading members/investors/regulatory authority.
9. Monitoring TAT and to provide qualitative synopsis to Management.
Candidates with LL.B/LL.M with minimum exposure of 6 years to stock/commodity exchange.
